Fatal Shooting at Amish School in Pennsylvania
So I read this at Wiki News. And it's scary to think that kind of thing has moved into Amish schools. You would think that places like that would be...imune, I guess is the word I'm looking for. I mean I know nothing really is but still it's a shame.

The Amish have been a very closed society for a very long time.
There is a growing contingent of people, particularly women, who are coming out of the Amish lifestyle with tales of incest, molestation and other forms of abuse supposedly rampant within the communities they come from.
It seems the Amish are not the kind, naive folk we like to think of them as but a human community with all the variation that implies.
