Forging Destiny

Destiny by default is a paradox in modern western culture. Many people take comfort in the notion of predetermined outcomes over which they have no control. Many others prefer the opposite extreme of total predictability. Reality is generally a synthesis of extremes as described by Hegel, Lao Tzu and Popol Vuh and many other significant text. The reality is that outcomes exist and that if they are to be meaningful they must be pounded out with the hammer of love in fires of diligence and cooled in a pool of meaningful intention and then polished with the details of living time. Be your destiny.
